Megaplast JK-15, a modern antifreeze concrete additive, helps the mixture remain fluid even at sub-zero temperatures, ensuring ease of preparation, transportation, and handling.

Features of packaging and transportation of antifreeze additives
You can pick up your finished order from our warehouse or use our delivery service. The minimum order is 100 kg. Superplasticizers are packaged in 25-kg plastic bags.

It is a polymethylene naphthalene sulfonic acid of varying molecular weights with the addition of a sodium formate-based antifreeze complex. The additive is chlorine-free. It facilitates the preparation, transportation, placement, compaction, and curing of concrete mix in winter before using concrete heating methods used in winter concreting (electric heating, heated formwork, infrared heating, etc.) or before installing thermal insulation during thermal curing.

- Formwork and reinforcement must be protected from snow and ice, and if necessary, additional heating must be used to raise the temperature to at least 0°C.
- Formwork must be insulated to prevent heat loss.
- Heat and moisture loss must be prevented by covering or insulating the structure with special thermal insulation materials.

Megaplast JK-15 is recommended for use in concrete work during the construction of monolithic structures using heating or thermal curing of concrete at ambient temperatures down to -150C, for monolithic joints of reinforced concrete structures during the construction of precast and precast-monolithic buildings, as well as for the manufacture of precast reinforced concrete products at open sites in winter.
