Megaplast-JK 02 superplasticizer allows for achieving the ideal water-to-cement ratio required for the hydration process. It is especially effective when processed with heat and moisture.

Features of transportation and storage of Megaplast-ZhK 02
The powdered product is pre-packaged in 25 kg plastic bags. At the customer's request, the additive can be diluted at our facility to a 33% aqueous solution and poured into 20-liter plastic canisters. When sealed, the plasticizer retains its properties for up to one year. After this period, use is possible after determining its concentration. You can place an order through the contact form or by phone with a manager. The minimum order quantity is 100 kg.

It is used at a rate of 0.6-1.2% of the cement weight (600-1200 grams per 100 kg of cement). The optimal dosage is determined based on the grade of concrete used, the cement, the quality of the aggregate, the water/cement ratio, and the ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to prepare the mixture for preliminary testing.

Megaplast-JK-02 is applied by adding it to water or directly to fresh, low-slump concrete. In the latter case, to ensure a uniform consistency, increase the mixing time by at least 2-3 minutes.

If an overdose is applied by mistake, the curing time may be prolonged. In this case, to prevent premature drying, it is necessary to keep the concrete moist until it hardens.
