Superplasticizers

A formula that increases the early strength of products by optimizing the water-to-cement ratio. Effective for heat-moisture treatment of reinforced concrete structures; - Megaplast PC-02
A universal tool based on polycarboxylates. Ensures high workability of the mixture and a rapid increase in strength.
Retarders
- Megaplast JK-08
Extends the placement and processing time of the composition, which is especially important for complex formwork configurations or large pouring volumes; - Megaplast PC-08

Air-entraining admixture

Bitumen paint

Bitumen emulsion

QUALITY CONTROL AND LABORATORY TESTING
In our laboratory, each batch of products undergoes comprehensive testing in accordance with current building standards and regulations. Key testing steps include:
- Strength Measurement
Samples from each batch are taken in molds (100x100x100 mm or 150x150x150 mm) and subjected to compression testing using a hydraulic press; - Frost Resistance Assessment
Materials are subjected to cyclic freezing and thawing to determine their ability to maintain the stated strength; - Water Resistance Testing
Products are tested for water penetration under pressure, confirming their reliability in high-humidity conditions.
